About the sculpture:
I have named her “Aquila” which is a constellation on the celestial equator. Its name is Latin for ‘eagle’ and it represents the bird that carried Zeus/Jupiter’s thunderbolts in Greek-Roman mythology.
I hand carved this sculpture in my workshop in Toulouse, France. Made out of walnut wood, with exactly 660 basswood inlays, it rests on an accacia and brass base. The tail is detachable for safe shipping.

Shipping:
Shipping costs are not included in the final price. For a shipment worldwide the costs are estimated between 150€ and 200€.
The purchaser will be responsible for all customs, duties or clearance for international shipping.
