Key Guidelines:

• Register: You must register on my website to bid.
• Currency: All prices are in EURO.
•  Bid Increments: Bids must increase by increments of 100€ or more.
• Name: All bids are anonymous to the other users. Only the amount and an excerpt of your name will be displayed in the list of bids.
• Notifications: If you are outbid you will receive an email to let you know. Please check your spam if you don’t receive it.
• Auction Duration: Each sculpture’s auction will remain open for 72 hours. Generally the auction starts at 17:00 GMT on a thursday (Paris 19:00, London 18:00, NY 13:00, LA 10:00) and closes at 18:00 GMT on Sunday.
• Timer: In the last 2 minutes, if a new bid is placed, 2 minutes will be added to the timer. Your bid must hold for at least the last 2 minutes to win.
• Reserve price: If the reserve price is not met, the auction will be cancelled at the end of the timer.
• Winning Bids: The winning bidder will be contacted via email shortly after bidding ends to confirm their order, shipping details, and payment information.

Important Notes:

• The winning bidder must confirm their bid within 1 hour of receiving my email, or I will award the sculpture to the second-highest bidder. Please whitelist hello@sylgautier.art .
• I reserve the right to reject any bids.
• While the timer and bid amount is updated automatically it can lag sometimes. I would advise you to refresh your page regularly (especially if you are watching the auction closely).
• All payment will be made via direct bank transfer.
• No money will be exchanged through this website.
• If asked, no need to complete the ordering process here, I will contact you directly via Email.
• Shipping costs are not included in the final price. For a shipment worldwide the costs are estimated between 150€ and 200€.
• The purchaser will be responsible for all customs, duties or clearance for international shipping.
